That is not a scandal, it is just consolidation, and it is worth knowing when you are choosing between what look like three independent products. Every claim on these pages is dated and linked, including the parts where they are the better choice.

Not features. On raw feature count the established products win, and they have had a decade to get there. The difference is structural.
A flat $149 a month whatever you turn over. We never sit between you and a card payment, so there is no percentage for us to take.
Elsewhere: Payments are the business model. That is where a gateway fee can appear, on top of the card rate you already pay.
Keep whatever you use now. Pawteli records what is owed and what you collected; the money never passes through us.

Every person, pet and vaccine date exports to CSV whenever you want, without asking anyone. It is in the settings page.

If grooming, retail or point of sale is a real part of your business, Pawteli does not do those and a more established product will serve you better. If you run several locations with shared customers, likewise. We would rather you knew that now than found out in week two.
